Role Description:
- Strong Knowledge of OFF-PLAN
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information about the properties
- Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and prices for buying, selling, or renting properties
- Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Experience in the off-plan market is a plus.
