Role Description:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in both secondary and off-plan properties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
- Monitor market trends and guide the team on market insights and client engagement techniques
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance from the sales team
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster partnerships and business growth
- Review and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong understanding of both secondary and off-plan property markets in Dubai
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through team performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and relevant tools
